This policy explains what personal data Fejes (“we”, “us”) collects through this waitlist page, why, and what rights you have over it. Fejes is currently in a pre-launch phase: no products are for sale, and this page's only function is collecting waitlist sign-ups.

Only the email address you voluntarily submit through the waitlist form. We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site.
Solely to notify you when Fejes's first collection, The Course, becomes available. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form.
Your email is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The site itself is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure may process requests through edge locations outside the EU as part of normal content delivery, though no waitlist data is stored there — it passes through only to reach the database.
Until the waitlist closes (at product launch) or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Fejes as a project is discontinued, all waitlist data will be deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing purposes. Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf as infrastructure providers, under their own data processing agreements.
As Fejes moves from waitlist to an actual storefront, this policy will be updated to cover payment data, shipping details, and order records. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
